Kyle has spent more than 10 years working across systems administration, business technology, operational tooling, and process improvement. That experience includes CRMs, ATS platforms, communications systems, automations, APIs, cloud infrastructure, websites, analytics, and modern AI platforms.
Over the past five years, he has facilitated more than 10 process-improvement events and been recognized multiple times for improvement contributions. That experience informs AIDO’s approach: understand the process before choosing technology.
His work with AI began in 2022 by building workflows, tools, and systems using large language models for his own coaching business. It expanded into websites, applications, automations, workshops, visibility systems, and infrastructure intended for day-to-day business use for other businesses.
