Operator first
AIDO is built around the reality that owners and teams need systems they can maintain—not impressive demos that create another dependency.

Kyle Becker founded The AIDO Engine to help businesses improve how work gets done—starting with the process, then applying technology, automation, development, and AI where they genuinely help.
The background
Kyle has spent more than 10 years working across systems administration, business technology, operational tooling, and process improvement. That experience includes CRMs, ATS platforms, communications systems, automations, APIs, cloud infrastructure, websites, analytics, and modern AI platforms.
Over the past five years, he has facilitated more than 10 process-improvement events and been recognized multiple times for improvement contributions. The practical lesson carried into AIDO is that technology rarely fixes a process nobody fully understands.
His work with AI began in 2022 by building workflows, tools, and LLM-driven systems for his own coaching business. It expanded into websites, applications, automations, workshops, visibility systems, and production-minded infrastructure for other businesses.
What shapes the work
AIDO is built around the reality that owners and teams need systems they can maintain—not impressive demos that create another dependency.
Years of coaching, facilitation, and technology training shape a human-first approach to change, adoption, and clear handoffs.
Strategy stays connected to execution through hands-on experience with websites, apps, automations, data flows, and AI-enabled tools.
Why The AIDO Engine exists
Smaller organizations should not need an enterprise budget or internal research team to improve their operations, use AI responsibly, or remain understandable as customer discovery changes.
The AIDO Engine brings systems thinking, practical consulting, and implementation together so the recommendation can become a working solution.
