How The AIDO Engine handles information submitted through this website.

1. Information Collected

When you submit an audit request or contact form, The AIDO Engine may collect information such as your name, work email, phone number, company name, website URL, service interest, and any message you provide.

2. How Information Is Used

Submitted information is used to review inquiries, respond to prospective clients, route requests to the right service, and maintain internal intake records. Information may also be used to follow up about the service you requested.

3. Form and Communication Tools

This site may use third-party tools to transmit or store inquiry data, including email services and form logging tools. By submitting an inquiry, you understand that your information may pass through those systems for business communication purposes.

4. Information Sharing

The AIDO Engine does not sell submitted personal information. Information is only shared when needed to operate normal business communications, deliver services, comply with legal obligations, or protect business rights.

5. Data Retention

Inquiry information may be kept as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, evaluate a project, maintain business records, or support ongoing client communication.

6. Your Choices

You may request that The AIDO Engine update or remove inquiry information by contacting kyle@aidoengine.com, subject to any recordkeeping needs or legal obligations.

7. Optional Analytics and Browser Storage

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand visits, referral sources, and interactions such as inquiry links and assessment completions. Google Analytics is optional and stays blocked until you choose Accept analytics. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from using this website or submitting an inquiry.

When accepted, analytics sends Google technical and interaction information, including a simplified page address, referral site, browser and device information, and event names. It uses first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_F7FC2GRDRQ to distinguish visits and sessions. These cookies are configured to expire after 180 days without extending their expiry on later visits. We do not intentionally send form contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers, assessment answers, or personal information from page addresses to Google Analytics. Google processes network requests and associated technical information to provide its service. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

This implementation keeps advertising consent denied and disables Google signals and personalized advertising signals in the website tag. Analytics information is used to evaluate and improve this website, rather than to identify an individual prospect. Google's processing may involve countries outside your country of residence.

We remember your analytics choice and its date for up to 180 days using local browser storage and a first-party preference cookie named aido-analytics-consent. This preference contains no name, email, or prospect record. Necessary preference storage is separate from optional analytics. The site also stores your selected color theme so it can remember your display preference.

You can change or withdraw your choice through Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. Rejecting analytics stops further GA4 measurement, clears accessible Google Analytics cookies for this site, and reloads the page if Google Analytics was already running. Withdrawal does not automatically delete analytics information already received by Google; contact kyle@aidoengine.com about privacy requests. If your browser prevents preference storage, your choice applies to the current visit and you may be asked again.
