AIDO Engine Service Agreement and legal policies regarding our AI discovery services.
Effective Date: Upon payment or written acceptance of services
Provider: AIDO Engine, kyle@aidoengine.com
Client: The individual or business entity purchasing services
AIDO Engine provides AI Discovery Optimization (AIDO) services including but not limited to: AI visibility audits, machine-readable file creation (llms.txt, llms-full.txt, robots.txt), JSON-LD knowledge graph generation, GEO content analysis, synthesis block copy, implementation guidance, and optional ongoing monitoring services.
Completion of service is defined as delivery of the agreed deliverable files and implementation guide to the client. AIDO Engine is not responsible for implementation unless a Managed Service agreement has been separately executed in writing.
All deliverable files contain AI-generated content based on publicly available information about the client's business. The client is solely responsible for reviewing all deliverables for factual accuracy — including but not limited to pricing, service areas, certifications, contact information, and business claims — before deploying any file to their website.
Unless a Managed Service agreement is in place, the client is responsible for all implementation steps. AIDO Engine provides written instructions but does not access, modify, or control the client's website, hosting environment, or third-party platforms.
The client is responsible for creating backups of any existing website files (including robots.txt) before implementing AIDO deliverables. AIDO Engine recommends saving the original version of any file being replaced.
The client is responsible for notifying AIDO Engine of material changes to their business — including new services, location changes, pricing updates, or rebranding — that may affect the accuracy of delivered files. Delivered files reflect the state of the business at the time of delivery.
AIDO Engine implements AI Discovery Optimization based on current publicly known data structures, crawler behavior, and best practices for Large Language Models and AI search engines.
Because AI platforms including OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), Perplexity, and others use proprietary and continuously evolving algorithms, AIDO Engine cannot guarantee:
Delivering technically correct, machine-readable files to the client's specifications constitutes full completion of the contracted service regardless of subsequent AI engine behavior.
AIDO Engine deliverables, when implemented as instructed, are designed to be additive and non-destructive. However, AIDO Engine is not liable for any adverse effects on the client's website performance, search engine rankings, SEO metrics, or platform functionality arising from the client's implementation of delivered files.
The client is responsible for verifying that implementation of AIDO deliverables complies with their website platform's terms of service (including but not limited to Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, and Square Online). AIDO Engine provides platform-specific guidance but cannot be held responsible for platform policy changes or enforcement actions.
AIDO Engine uses third-party AI APIs (including Google Gemini) to generate content. AIDO Engine is not liable for inaccuracies introduced by these systems that were not caught during the client's required review period under Section 2.1.
In no event shall AIDO Engine's total liability to the client exceed the total fees paid for the specific service engagement giving rise to the claim.
Payment is due prior to delivery of Phase 2 files. Deliverables will not be released until payment is confirmed.
Monthly monitoring services (Citation Monitoring, Bot Tracking) are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. No partial-month refunds.
Billed at time of service. Requires client to provide updated business information if applicable.
Due to the custom nature of deliverables, AIDO Engine does not offer refunds once files have been delivered. If a deliverable contains a verifiable technical error attributable to AIDO Engine, the error will be corrected at no charge within 14 days of written notice.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all delivered files for use on their own website. AIDO Engine retains the right to use anonymized, non-identifying aspects of the work for portfolio, case study, or methodology development purposes.
AIDO Engine's audit methodology, scoring rubrics, prompt frameworks, and workflow documentation remain the intellectual property of AIDO Engine.
AIDO Engine will not share client business information, audit findings, or deliverable content with third parties without written consent, except as required by law.
AIDO Engine respects client privacy and does not sell client data. However, delivering our services requires transmitting public and client-provided information to third-party AI platforms (including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google). By engaging our services, the client acknowledges and agrees that:
Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days written notice to kyle@aidoengine.com. Termination does not affect payment obligations for services already rendered. Delivered files remain the client's property after termination.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if unresolved within 30 days.
Use of AIDO Engine services constitutes acceptance of these terms. For engagements over $1,500, AIDO Engine may request written acknowledgment via email prior to commencing work.
